OUR HISTORY
Insite Engineering was founded by Senior Principal Engineer Jeffrey J. Contelmo and Senior Principal Land Surveyor Nicholas G. Chapis in 1989. Since then, the staff at Insite has been led by seasoned professionals who have managed thousands of assignments to successful completion.
Supported by a variety of advanced equipment and technology including computer aided design and drafting (CADD) systems, geographic information systems (GIS), fully automated survey data collection, and global navigation satellite system (GNSS) surveying, Insite continues to strive for detail-oriented excellence as we serve southeastern New York and western Connecticut.
