For Peckham’s new headquarters, our site design highlights several of the company’s products including a precast concrete T-beam pedestrian bridge and porous asphalt pavement.

Projects completed for Volz Auto Group include site design and permitting for a new sales building, a parking lot expansion, remediation of an existing parking lot, and construction of a new 326-car overflow storage lot. The projects presented unique challenges to maintain existing operations while constructing major site improvements.

For several new and retrofitted bank branches, Insite was involved in a multilayered permitting process and worked closely with the bank’s operations group. The bank’s expansion efforts required adhering to tight schedules and prompt responses, all which Insite met.

Nexamp required our support in building a solar farm on the grounds of a cemetery, to produce 1.3 megawatts of clean solar power. Built within the NYCDEP watershed, this Tier 3 solar facility required a specialized design, permitting, and construction oversight services.
